Heroku has pushed a fix and we are seeing error rates decrease. We will continue monitoring to ensure that this issue is fully resolved.

We are investigating an issue on our provider (Heroku) that is causing instability in managing applications. You may experience routing errors contacting both our CDA ad CMA.
